Type two Diabetes - Light Brightness Affects Fat Levels along with blood Sugar


According to the Journal of Biological Rhythms, April 2017, the volume of light we see the next day is able to change our blood sugar and body fat amounts. Scientists in the University of Amsterdam and many other research institutions in the Netherlands compared Type 2 diabetic men with non diabetic males subjected to either dim or perhaps brilliant light at 0730. Eight lean, healthy males as well as 8 males that was identified as having Type 2 diabetes were subjected to both 4000 lux or maybe 10 lux of light for an hour. Each participant was given a 600 calorie breakfast.

By these results, the scientists concluded the result of light needs to be further explored in the interest of diagnosis and avoidance of Type 2 diabetes as well as high blood fats.
Lux is a level of light brightness. An example could be 3.4 lux at twilight or twenty to 50 lux in a lighted public area flanked by darkness.
